It might sound strange to have a career build around trash, but that’s my life. When I was young my uncle started a dumpster rental business in Chicago and I started working for him straight out of high school. I mostly do sales and purchasing so, luckily, I don’t have to actual haul the units myself anymore. However, when I first got started you better believe Uncle Reggie had me working in the field so I could earn my stripes and get to know the products and what our customers use them for. Even though it wasn’t too much fun driving the big trucks and bringing trash to the yard, I am so glad I put the time in because now I know just about everything there is to know about our dumpster products. I know what size works for what project, what type of people tend to need different sizes and even how long people will need the trash bin depending on the project they are taking on. I guess you could call me Doc Dumpster. Our company website is pretty old, so I put this little blog up to explain all the ins and outs of renting a dumpster so I can share it with our first time customers. If you found my blog, I hope it helps you in your rental decision too.
